- Insurance Coordination
We help coordinate with your insurer — sharing documentation and supporting the claim. Coverage decisions remain with the insurer.
- Disassembly & Blueprinting
The damaged area is disassembled so the full extent of damage is visible, and the complete repair plan is built.
- Parts Ordering & Verification
Parts are ordered per the approved repair plan and verified against the vehicle before repair begins.
- Structural Repair
When the structure is involved, it is measured against factory specifications, repaired, and measured again.
- Body Repair
Panels are repaired or replaced, fit and alignment corrected, and corrosion protection restored.
- Paint Preparation
Surfaces are prepared, primed, and masked — most of a refinish's quality is decided here.
- Refinishing
Color matched to your vehicle and applied in a controlled booth, with blending where the finish requires it.
- Reassembly
Trim, lamps, sensors, and hardware are reinstalled, and every fastener and clip accounted for.
- Scanning & Calibration
Post-repair diagnostic scanning, and calibration of driver-assistance systems when the repair plan requires it.
- Quality Control & Delivery
A final inspection against the repair plan, a detail, and a walkthrough of the completed work with you.
