The fastest paths for common situations: photos of your damage go furthest in the estimate flow, which takes about five minutes and saves your progress. A vehicle that can't drive safely belongs on a truck — request towing coordination and we'll confirm details by phone before anything is dispatched. And if your car is already in the shop, the repair status page gets you a verified update without the phone tag.

Can my insurance company make me use their shop? No — in California the choice of repair shop is yours, and we help coordinate the claim wherever you choose. How long will the repair take? Honestly: it depends on parts, approvals, and what disassembly reveals — our process page explains why we promise visibility instead of guessing dates. What will it cost? The estimate is free to start from photos, written, and explained line by line; the FAQ covers the rest of the usual questions, from deductibles to paint matching.

Visiting the shop
We're on the GEM Automotive Group campus on Laurel Canyon Boulevard, just south of Sherman Way and minutes from the 170 freeway — full directions and what to look for on arrival. Bring your insurance card and claim number if a claim is involved; bring nothing but the car if it isn't. Walk-ins during business hours are welcome, and scheduled inspections skip the wait.
