About GEM Collision
GEM Collision is the dedicated collision-repair division of GEM Automotive Group, based in North Hollywood, California.
We exist because of a pattern everyone in the car business knows: collision repair goes wrong through disorganization far more often than through bad workmanship. Estimates that don't match invoices, insurers and shops talking past each other, customers calling for updates that should have come to them.
Our answer is structure. One team owns your repair from the first photo to final delivery: the written estimate, the repair plan built from your vehicle maker's repair information, the insurance documentation, the body and paint work, the scanning and calibration, and the quality control before you ever see the car.
That same structure is why Southern California dealerships use us as their reconditioning and body-shop vendor: one account that takes a unit from trade-in to frontline-ready — collision and structural repair, paint, dent and bumper work, tint, wrap, PPF and custom appearance packages — with pickup and drop-off so their team never leaves the lot. We're equally deliberate about what we don't claim. Certifications appear on this site only when they're current and documented. Reviews appear only when they're real and permissioned. And if a repair can't be completed properly here, we say so and help you find where it can.

GEM Collision serves two audiences that rarely get the same shop: retail drivers working through an accident and often an insurance claim, and Southern California dealerships moving reconditioning volume on wholesale accounts. The disciplines feed each other. Dealer volume keeps the shop fast and process-driven; retail care keeps it honest and communicative. Both run through the same twelve-stage process, the same facility at 7114 Laurel Canyon Blvd. in North Hollywood, and the same documentation standard on every unit.
Everything we publish follows the rule you'll notice across this site: claims appear when they can be shown on paper. Certifications list only what's current and documented, our work shows only our own photographs, and the warranty is provided in its exact written form.
