The team
A repair is only as good as the people planning and performing it. Profiles below publish as each team member's details and photos are confirmed — we don't pad this page with stock faces.
Profiles are being confirmed
We'd rather leave this page honest than fill it with stock photography and invented credentials. Every profile publishes with a real name, a real role and a real photograph. In the meantime, the fastest way to reach a person is to start an estimate or send us a message.
The people behind the repairs
A collision repair is a chain of human judgment calls: the estimator deciding what disassembly must confirm, the structural technician reading measurements against factory data, the painter judging a color match under the booth lights, the quality-control inspector who decides your car isn't ready yet. Equipment matters — our facility is built around good equipment — but every machine in the building is operated by a person whose standards decide the outcome.
This page introduces those people as their profiles are confirmed — names, roles, and the experience they bring, with real photographs rather than stock faces. It fills in deliberately: we publish a team member when the details are verified and the portrait is taken, the same discipline that governs our certifications page and everything else on this site.
How the team is organized
The structure follows the repair process itself. Front of house, estimators and customer coordinators own the paperwork side: written estimates, insurance communication and the supplements documented for your adjuster — explained plainly in our insurance guides — and the status updates that keep you from ever having to chase. In the shop, body and structural technicians handle metal, refinish technicians own the booth, and reassembly and QC close every job against the plan before delivery.
The dealer side runs on the same people with a different rhythm: wholesale reconditioning is high-volume, deadline-driven work where a used-car manager's frontline schedule depends on our throughput. That mix — retail care and dealer volume — keeps the team sharp in both directions.
Talk to us directly
You don't need a staff directory to reach the right person. The contact page routes questions to whoever owns the answer, the estimate flow starts a conversation with an estimator, and dealership inquiries go straight to the dealer program. If you're nearby, the front desk at 7114 Laurel Canyon Blvd. in North Hollywood is staffed Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM — directions here.
Standards over headcount
We'd rather show you fewer people with real credentials than a wall of anonymous stock portraits — the same reasoning behind our empty-until-verified certifications page. As profiles publish, each will name the person's role in the repair process, their training where it's documented, and the work they're proudest of. Until then, judge the team the way we'd suggest judging any shop's: by the paperwork the repairs produce and by the reviews customers leave on Google — both harder to stage than a group photo.
Let's understand the damage and determine the next step.
Photos are enough to start. A written preliminary estimate, a clear explanation, and no pressure.
