The facility

Every stage of the repair process has a dedicated space in our North Hollywood facility — structural measuring, welded panel repair, a controlled spray and bake booth, and the bays in between. Photographs below are of this shop, not a stock library.

Estimating

Damage documented from every angle and written into an estimate you can actually read.

Blueprinting

Disassembly that finds all the damage before repairs begin — not during.

Refinishing

Controlled booth environment; color matched to the car, not just the code.

Scanning & calibration

Electronic systems verified and calibrated when the vehicle's procedures require it.

Quality control

Final inspection against the repair plan under proper light — before you see the car.

Delivery

A walkthrough of what was done, the paperwork explained, keys back in your hand.

Inside a modern collision repair facility

A body shop's building tells you how it thinks. Ours is organized around the path a vehicle actually travels: intake and estimating at the front, disassembly and blueprinting bays where hidden damage gets found before repairs begin, a Car-O-Liner bench with electronic measuring for structural work, resistance spot welding equipment for modern steel structures, a lit spray booth for refinishing, and a customer lounge that doesn't feel like a waiting room because the people in it are usually only there for minutes.

The address is 7114 Laurel Canyon Blvd., North Hollywood, CA 91605, on the GEM Automotive Group campus — directions and parking details here. Hours run Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Sunday by appointment.

Why equipment lists actually matter

Equipment isn't marketing decoration — it's capability. A bench-and-measuring system is the difference between assuming a structure is straight and proving it against factory reference data, before and after repair. Resistance spot welding replicates the factory joins that modern high-strength steels demand; the wrong welder on the wrong steel quietly undoes crash engineering. A controlled booth is the difference between paint that matches in the parking lot and paint that matches in the sunlight your car actually lives in.

What you won't find here is equipment theater — machines listed to imply capabilities we haven't verified. Where a repair needs something we don't do in-house, such as certain manufacturer-restricted procedures, we say so during planning and route the work properly. That honesty is cheaper than a comeback, every time.

Built for retail customers and dealer volume alike

The same floor serves two kinds of work. Retail collision repairs move through the twelve stages of our process with status updates at every step. Dealer reconditioning — the trade-ins and auction units of our wholesale program — moves through the same bays at volume, with pickup and drop-off across Southern California so dealership staff never leave their lot. One standard, two lanes, and the team page introduces the people running both as their profiles publish.
